Yearly maintenance of both your e-scooter and battery is included.
Warranty
If the battery stops working for a longer period, we will replace it, same for the scooter. Of course, we need to check every case individually and ask you to check in with one of our partner garages.
Guaranteed performance
We guarantee a working scooter and battery for the duration of the subscription. If the scooter or battery falls below the guaranteed limit during this time, we will replace them free of charge.

45 days free
The rental period begins on the day of delivery of the unu scooter. In the beginning, you get a free 45-day subscription to cover the time between your order and delivery. No matter the delivery time, the 45-days are always free.
A battery that takes you further
No matter if you decide on the Move or Pro model. The travel range of both scooters is up to 50 km per battery. You can upgrade to two batteries per scooter, making it up to a 100 km range.
