For driving the e-scooter is a minimum age of 16 years and a driver's license class B (car or motor vehicles) or class AM (moped license) is required. For participation in road a traffic helmet is mandatory. It should also be noted that before the electric scooter is put into operation, it is mandatory to take out additional liability insurance.
