How long have you been a Pioneer, and what do you like about it / what is particularly exciting?
I have been an unu Pioneer since 2019. I find it exciting to meet new people and promote a product I stand behind. In addition, I enjoy the job as a change from my studies and job.
Can you give us an insight into your day as an unu Pioneer? / What does a typical day with the unu Scooter look like for you, and how do you use the unu Scooter for yourself?
I use the unu scooter mainly for short trips in the city, to the university, and to see friends. From spring to fall, I hardly ever drive a car. On days with test drives, I make sure the batteries are full, clean the scooter with a wet cloth if necessary, and then meet with interested parties.
How do your test drives typically go?
Very simple:
1. greeting
2. ask for questions in advance
3. summary of the scooter, financing options, colors, advantages, etc.
4. test drive
5. clarify questions
Who usually signs up for test drives?
Especially families or young families, but fewer students or trainees.
Have the test riders had any previous experience with (e)scooters?

What is something that surprises the test drivers?
Mostly the excellent driving experience!
What do you like best about unu and the unu Scooter?
I like the driving experience and fun the most. unu is a super understanding company, and communication is great.
Is there a particular route you recommend to your test riders or a place you like to test ride, and why?
Quiet streets, good parking, and connection to public transport. So the test drives can run without traffic jams and delays, and you can talk quietly and explain things if necessary.
What does your ideal route through your city look like?
Streets without many traffic lights and 30- 50 km/h zones.
What is the average feedback from test riders after trying our unu scooter?
Mostly I take these 3 points from the test drivers: Driving fun, driving feeling, and enthusiasm.
Have you ever recommended family and friends to test drive or buy an unu scooter?
Yes
What is your most interesting experience with test drivers so far?
One prospective customer wanted me to drive her around because she was afraid to drive herself.
Can you give tips and tricks on what (new) unu drivers should look out for?
Be careful when accelerating. The scooter pulls very quickly. After a few times to start you develop a feeling for it.
