If there's an issue with your unu Scooter Classic – if it needs to be repaired or inspected – you can get in touch with your local garage directly and arrange an appointment. Don't worry: If it's a warranty case, your garage will get in touch with us. The pick up symbol tells you who of our service partners can carry out a pick up of your unu, in case of a breakdown. Please note that unu only reimburses for pick ups in case you are still within your warranty and whenever the cause of the breakdown is not relatable to a fault from your side.
