  5. Subscribe to our e-mail newsletter

    1. If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for sending the newsletter. The provision of any further data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter.   6. Use of Youtube videos

    1. This website uses the Youtube embedding feature to view and play videos from "Youtube", a provider owned by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
    2. The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only initiates the storage of user information when the video(s) is/are played. If the playback of embedded Youtube videos is started, the provider "Youtube" uses cookies to collect information about the user behaviour.     1. DoubleClick by Google
      1. This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google of the operator Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("DoubleClick").

    2. Usage of Google AdWords Conversion-Tracking
      1. The revocation of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation;
    8. Right to appeal pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR: If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you are located, at your place of work or at the place where the alleged infringement is alleged, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
  13. Right of objection

    1. If we process your personal data as part of a weighing of interests on the basis of our predominantly legitimate interest, you have the right at any time to object to this processing with effect for the future for reasons arising from your particular situation.
    2. If you make use of your right of objection, we will stop processing the data concerned. However, we reserve the right to further processing if we can prove compelling grounds for processing worthy of protection which outweigh their interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms, or if the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
    3. If your personal data is processed by us for the purpose of direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising. You can exercise the opposition as described above.
    4. If you make use of your right of objection, we will stop processing the data concerned for direct marketing purposes.
  14. Duration of storage of personal data

    The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). After expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted if they are no longer required for contract fulfilment or contract initiation and/or if we do not continue to have a justified interest in further storage.
